ECP 1500
The Electric Crimp Press 1500 is an extremely versatile PTFE rod extruder machine for loose terminals (contacts), with parallel closing jaws and adjustable crimp height.
When equipped with exchangeable tool holders, all standard matrices (cores) of common hand crimp tools (pincers) can be inserted and used for crimping.
When equipped with a table support and the corresponding press sets, flat band connectors can be pressed onto flat band cables (insulation displacement).
When equipped with a cable, Cu-cables of up to 50 mm sq can be cut.
The ECP 1500 can process:
• Individual terminals and loose turned (rod machined) contacts
• End sleeves (ferrules)
• Flat cable connectors
• 4-, 6-, 8- and 10 pole telephone connectors
• Screened HRS telephone connectors
• RJ45, RJ-22, RJ-11 and MMJ connectors
